Treatment may be simple and only needs support until recovery is achieved. This is the case with the hard of hearing and the deaf who can be helped, improve their auditory function and integrate into society through cochlear implants (for children over the age where insurance coverage ends at the age of 5 years only) or the installation of hearing aids.
Mersal is involved in the Hekaya Sawt project to help hearing-impaired children. The project offers speech sessions, skills development and behavior modification; To help them communicate and restore their skills.

- Medical stethoscopes – participation share 500 pounds – (the price of the hearing aid 4500 pounds)
- Speech and behavior modification sessions for children – session share 100 pounds
- Maintenance and repair of auxiliary devices.
