In view of the presence of a big number of Afghani immigrants in Pakistan during the 80’s, Kuwait Red Crescent Society inaugurated on February 15, 1986, Kuwait Red Crescent Society Hospital in a ceremony patronized by the Kuwaiti Minister of Health and deputy chairman of KRCS, Abdulrahman Al Awadhi, for Afghani Immigrants, which was handed over to the Islamic International Charity Commission.
Built in Peshawar City, the hospital comprises 220 beds allocated for bone injuries and general surgery, equipped with all the required tools, systems and manpower.
