The Society stands at the forefront of civil society institutions in extending its hands to all countries in need without exceptions. This rings especially true in regards to the relief of the Palestinian people.

Among the various projects offered to the Palestinian people are those of sponsoring families, where they are guaranteed 100 dollars a month for one year, a school bag project with all the needs of children of excellent quality stationery, charity loaf project and Ramadan Iftar tables. This is in addition to the project of Eid clothing and support for special needs and for poor families of orphans, patients, widows, the elderly and the unemployed.

The association also carried out a number of rare and delicate operations such as providing prostheses and medical supplies to dozens of Palestinian children to alleviate their suffering. This is in addition to providing medical devices, equipment, medicines and energy in many hospitals located in the Gaza Strip
